Instructions to setup automatic delivery of email
This document may be useful to you if you have any emails that are sent out at regular intervals or if you have any message that needs to be delivered at a specific time in the future. Examples would include weekly reminder emails or personal reminders of birthday/anniversary dates.
2) In the “File Menu,” select “Send To” then “Mail Recipient” (Keyboard shortcut = hold ALT key and type “FDM”
3) Address the email and enter a subject for the message as you would normally do. (No “introduction” is necessary)
4) Click the “Options” button.
5) Check the box next to Do not deliver before:” and set the delivery date that you would like the message delivered. See example below:

7) Click the button labeled “Send a Copy”
8) If you want to send the same message again, but at a different date, repeat steps 2-7. (The date of delivery should be the only thing you need to change before clicking “Send a Copy”
