MTD Payment Totals By Pay Code

 

Function:

 

This report returns monthly payment totals based on Pay Code entered by user. 
Usage:

 

Note: This report is currently believed to be accurate, except when run based on Fiscal Year.

Payment Distribution Report

 

Function:

 

This report lists the Payee, Invoice, Claim ID, Check Number, Check Date, Amount, Status, Pay Period, Claimant, and Provider Class/Specialty, based on information entered by the user.

Claim List by Adjuster/Examiner

 

Function: This report is used to find out information about claims open or closed for each examiner and adjuster.  This report lists Claim ID, File Date, Close Date, Status (O=Open, C=Closed), and Reserve Amount.
Usage:

 

This report is fairly particular about how you request data; feel free to experiment with it to attain desired results.  

The following method does work:

1. Enter a date into the "To Date" field. 
2. Select a status such as "Open As Of End Date." 
3. Select an Adjuster or Examiner from the "Adjuster" drop down menu.
4. Check off "Print Summary Report" only if you only want a summary of the information in the report.  In general, you will not want to check this box.
5. Click "Print."

Note: I do not believe the "Claim is Open On or Before" field works!

Reserve Balances by Claim ID

Experience Rating Report

 

Function:

 

This report lists providers with coverage expiring within the given time period.  The Provider Name, Provider ID, Claim ID, Reserve Amount and Class are all returned.

Note: This report is currently believed to be accurate, as long as the "Enrollment Renewal Ending" date is the actual last day of the month. (Random results are generated otherwise!)

MTD Panel Status Totals

 

Function:

 

This report Monthly Panel Totals broken down by the opinion rendered (AC Dissolved / Dismissed / Fact / Lost / Won / 90 Day)

MTD Panel Opinion Totals

 

Function:

 

This report returns Monthly Panel Totals based on their status (Closed / Chairman Selected / In Litigation / Not Medical Malpractice / Not Qualified / Open)

Enrollments By Class

 

Function:

 

This report is used to determine how much money was collected from a particular class or specialty over a specified time period.  This report returns the following information:  Provider ID, Provider Name, File Date, Coverage Period, SurchargeClass, Specialty, and Insurance Company
Usage:

Note: This report is currently believed to be an accurate portrayal of money collected within a specified time period.  If the effective amount paid (earned premium) for a specified time period  is needed, please use the Yearly Enrollments Report (soon to be renamed to "Earned Premiums Report."

Reserve Transaction Report

 

Function:

 

This report serves many purposes based on information requested by the user.  In the example above, the report returns the Grand Total Reserve Amount, the (total) Reserve Balance, Total Payments, Total (number of) Claims, and Total (number of) Reserves

This report is very versatile.  See above example for one possible method of entering a request.

Check Register Report

 

Function:

 

This report returns the following information when data is requested:  Provider ID, Provider Name, Total Amount Paid, Class, Specialty, and Insurance Company
Usage: 

 

This report can be fairly particular about how information is entered.

Important: You must enter the "Period" in the following format: DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY, where DD = Day, MM = Month, and YY OR YYYY = Year!

Note: This report functions similarly to Check Register Reports in ClaimTrack.

Provider Exposure By Class

 

Function:

 

This report is used to determine how much money was collected from a particular class or specialty over a specified time period.  This report returns the following information:  Provider ID, Provider Name, File Date, Coverage Period, SurchargeClass, Specialty, and Insurance Company

Yearly Enrollments Report

 

Function:

 

This report is used to calculate the "Earned Premium" for a provider over a specific period of time.  In other words, this report calculates the exact amount that the provider effectively paid for coverage during a specified time period.
Specifically, this report returns the following information:
Provider ID, Provider Name, Earned Premium (Total Paid), Class, Specialty, and Insurance Company.
Usage: Enter relevant search information as well as Enrolled Between Dates and click "Print."

Important: You must enter the Enrolled Between Dates in the following format: DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY, where DD = Day, MM = Month, and YY OR YYYY = Year!

Note: You can calculate Earned Premiums for entire Classes or Specialties by selecting the Class or Specialty and leaving all other info (other than Enrolled Between Dates) blank.
